Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We do not offer exchanges or refunds. Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of damaged products. To qualify for a return or replacement, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must show the package being opened from start to end, without any edits, cuts, or filters. Return requests without complete video proof will be rejected immediately. Products damaged after delivery or due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
If a return is approved, the product must be in original condition with all original packaging, including jewelry boxes.
2. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase
